The location was handy, quiet, and there were plenty of breakfast options, including tasty food, as well as a nearby pizza restaurant.

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was clean and ready early when we arrived.

The location of the sign can be bigger. Very hard to see if you are not familiar with the area.

It was clean and quite, room was cleaned each day. The breakfast selection was good and all areas were clean. Parking was good .

the room we stayed in was updated and had a microwave and Jacuzzi. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel.

Location is very good from ORD Airport and Downtown.

Wireless Internet connection required frequent reconnection in the evening, much better in the morning. I assume there was a high demand that overwhelmed the network. Both times I was able to complete my tasks, however.

The free breakfast was really nice and worth having! The room had everything I needed, nothing fancy but it had all the basics and the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed hanging out at a nearby cigar bar quite often. 🌟

1St resv for 12/23-12/29/2012. chg of plan, made res 12/18-12/21, my error was to be to12/22. Checked in on 12/18, had to ck out 12/22 and in on 12/22, had to do the same on 12/23. on 12/22 at 10:15 am left my room and was unable to get back in . went to the front desk to allow me to return to my room,ck out at 11 am????? Clerk said it was automatic etc His reply was scripted with no appoligy and had the personality of a mud FENCE..The clerk act like he jut got out of High School with no trainning. This was my 1st time and will be the last time w/best western. Suggest name change to worst western.....................

Mattress was comfortable, no bugs, clean room, large tv, had a pool seemed like warm water, burger king across street

Tv control broken and I told them and they didn't offer to help, alarm clock broken, loud shower, louder heat/air, refrig made inconsistant odd noises, slamming doors, got 3 hours sleep, thin walls, poor shower pressure, desk clerk showed 100% uncaring attitude

This place offers a cozy room that comes with a jacuzzi - perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is fantastic with bars and casinos in the vicinity, making it a great spot for entertainment 🎉. Additionally, the pool area here is well-maintained and a nice place to unwind.

I like the staff and its location

The staff were very polite, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. If the need came up to stay in the area again we would not hesitant to stay there again.
